Who We Are

The idea of Green Bicycle Co. was born in 2014 and is the brain child of president and founder Heather Cleveland.

Green Bicycle Co. is a lifestyle brand that offers goods, projects, and experiences. Since starting her engineering education in 1997, Heather often asked why and tried to find the application part of the equation. She later coined the phrase “the people part of the equation.”

After much time traveling the world, thoughts, and discussion, Green Bicycle Co. was created to offer a new way of designing, collaborating, and living. Through the collaborative process that includes brings new voices to the table, together we can create a vibrant and sustainable community.

The goods offered will be part of a lifestyle, like sourdough. To that end, sourdough support products will be the first products to come on line. The projects will be community based with an emphasis on empowerment and sustainability including organization infrastructure and capacity building. Additional, engineering projects will start with the end user in mind (the people) in addition to the calculations and ordinances. The experiences will include classes and events to create culture and community and expand knowledge.
