Bicycle Basics Workshop Series

#6 - Choosing the Right Bike - Bike Geometry and Fitting

In this workshop you will learn ride quality geometry (wheel base length, bottom bracket drop, etc.), fitment geometry (seat tube length, standover height and reach), and test ride a variety of bicycles.

We are offering the basics through a series of 6 workshops from January 2024 - June 2024 on the third Thursday from 6:00pm - 8:00pm.

The class size is small at 6 people with many opportunities for hands-on learning and questions. After these workshops you will be able to identify the different components on your bike, understand the variety of components, understand basic maintenance that you can do or better understand more complex maintenance that a bike shop mechanic will do, tips for cleaning and maintaining your bike, and bike fitting.

This workshop series is intended for beginners.

$25 per person per class.
