Strong Towns Workshop in Port Washington

  • Port Washington City Hall 100 West Grand Avenue Port Washington, WI, 53074 United States (map)

Are you already a Strong Town's advocate or are you curious about Strong Towns?

"Strong Towns: A Bottom-Up Revolution to Build American Prosperity" is a book of forward-thinking ideas that breaks with modern wisdom to present a new vision of urban development in the United States. Presenting the foundational ideas of the Strong Towns movement he co-founded, Charles Marohn explains why cities of all sizes continue to struggle to meet their basic needs, and reveals the new paradigm that can solve this longstanding problem. More information on Strong Towns - link.

Strong Town's hosts a competition for the Strongest Town each year, and Wisconsin's City of Port Washington made it to the Final Four!

Join us for a Strong Town's presentation at Port Washington City Hall with Director of Planning and Development, Bob Harris, and Public Works Director, Rob Vanden Noven, P.E., followed by a tour of their downtown.

Wednesday, August 23, 5:00pm - 7:00pm in Port Washington, Wisconsin.
